Mavelle BT-055A is a sculptural rounded-rectangle freestanding soaking bathtub carved and hollowed from one selected solid block of Azura Blue Quartzite. Its long architectural silhouette combines clean side runs with softly radiused ends and a substantial continuous rim.
The rounded-rectangle plan gives Mavelle a restrained contemporary profile while allowing the stone to remain the visual focus. Azura Blue Quartzite brings layered pale-blue, white, gray, and naturally varying mineral banding. Every block differs in tone, vein direction, inclusions, and pattern density.
Available stone photographs can be reviewed before fabrication. The approved project shop drawing confirms exterior and interior dimensions, rim profile, base, drain position, overflow configuration where applicable, plumbing interface, finish, tolerances, and approved custom details.
Custom dimensions, basin proportions, finish, and drain coordination may be reviewed for technical feasibility. Because a solid quartzite bathtub is extremely heavy, qualified project professionals should confirm floor loading, waterproofing, plumbing rough-in, access, unloading equipment, lifting path, and final placement before fabrication.
The finished bathtub is prepared for heavy-freight transport using protective materials and a reinforced export crate. Standard freight excludes stairs, crane service, rigging, indoor placement, final positioning, plumbing, and installation unless specifically quoted.
Clean with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge and a pH-neutral stone-safe cleaner. Avoid harsh acids, aggressive descalers, abrasive powders, and scratching pads. Final sealing and maintenance recommendations should be confirmed for the selected block, finish, water chemistry, and installation environment.
OIXDESIGN supports residential and contract projects with stone review, custom sizing, finish coordination, shop drawings, production planning, reinforced export packing, and destination logistics.
Reference dimensions are for preliminary coordination. Final fabrication is based on the approved project shop drawing.
