Design Process

Our designers draw and brainstorm ideas and consider factors like marble color, pattern, and clock practicality. Then, our designers use computer-aided design software to craft the exactitude of the clock's shape and mechanism; then, model creation checks the design and makes any mandatory accommodations.

Precision Cutting and Shaping

After the design process, the finest marble slabs are selected according to specific design. The marble is cut according to the required design through CNC machines or precision-cut by experienced artisans. Now, we are proceeding towards the cut marble shaping process and refining with hand carving techniques or diamond-coated tools. 

Polishing and Finishing

Firstly, we grind the marble surface if we find any imperfections on the marble surface.

Secondly, we polished marble using progressively finer abrasives and polishing meld to attain a high-gleam touch.

Thirdly, A shielding sealant is applied to increase strength and stain resistance.

Assembling the Clock Mechanism

The movement of the clock mechanism is selected to ensure accurate timekeeping when assembling it.

A Clock component like a dial, hands, and mechanism are assembled and prepared. The clock mechanism is carefully integrated into the marble body, ensuring the proper alignments and functions after all the clocks undergo the final assembly and quality control to check the proper accuracy, durability, and perfect functionality.
