Every order, regardless of size or value, is delivered free to your doorstep.  We believe in a sensible and sustainable approach to shipping, avoiding the excessive 'special freight' fees charged by other companies.
Do you offer free shipping to all locations and countries?
We provide free shipping to almost all locations worldwide, but some exceptions may apply. For some remote or hard-to-reach areas, we may need to apply an 'adventure surcharge' due to the extra effort required to deliver to these locations. These out-of-the-way spots are listed under "OUT-OF-DELIVERY-AREA AND REMOTE-AREA". Please check this list to see if your location might incur additional shipping fees. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
The order undergoes a processing time of 24 hours, spends about 5-10 days in the artisanal workshop. Please note that processing times may be extended during any holidays. We provide worldwide express shipping. Our average shipping time is 1-2 weeks. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on the destination and any unexpected situations that may arise. 
Do I need to do anything special to receive my shipment?
No, all you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your OIX Design marble furniture to arrive. We take care of the entire shipping process, ensuring that you receive your items with ease and confidence.
