Do you offer free shipping to all locations and countries?
We provide free shipping to almost all locations worldwide, but some exceptions may apply. For some remote or hard-to-reach areas, we may need to apply an 'adventure surcharge' due to the extra effort required to deliver to these locations. These out-of-the-way spots are listed under "OUT-OF-DELIVERY-AREA AND REMOTE-AREA". Please check this list to see if your location might incur additional shipping fees. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Each OIXDESIGN piece is handcrafted with care in our artisanal workshop before being shipped.

Processing time:
1–2 weeks for production and quality inspection.
(Please note: processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.)

Shipping time:

  • Lamps & Home Decor: 1–2 weeks via express delivery (free of charge)

  • Marble Furniture: 1–2 months with Free Shipping (includes ocean transit and express or final-mile trucking delivery).

  • An Express Shipping option is also available for marble furniture, delivering within 1–2 weeks at an additional cost.

Shipping times may vary depending on your destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as ocean transit delays beyond our control or customs clearance. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Do I need to be present to sign for my marble furniture delivery?

Yes. To ensure your handcrafted piece arrives safely, a signature is required upon delivery.

Please make sure you or a trusted person are available to receive and inspect the item.

If you can’t be there in person, you can authorize a family member, friend, or building concierge to sign on your behalf. This is a common arrangement for furniture deliveries.

Do you charge for shipping?

We provide free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

Your marble furniture or home decor will be delivered safely to your doorstep at no extra cost under our standard shipping option.

If you prefer faster delivery, we also offer Express Shipping for an additional fee, depending on your location and order size.

There are no hidden charges — all shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
Our goal is to make shipping simple, sensible, and transparent.

Why am I being contacted by a local trucking carrier for delivery scheduling?

Once your marble furniture has cleared customs, it is first stored at a warehouse facility.
After that, a local trucking carrier takes over for the final-mile delivery to your home.
This is standard for all large freight shipments and ensures safe, careful handling.

What is your shipping policy?

How long can the carrier hold my shipment?

Once your shipment arrives in your country and is transferred to the local delivery carrier, it must be scheduled for delivery promptly.

Each carrier has its own short free holding period (usually 2–3 days for large furniture).
If delivery is not arranged within this period, or if the shipment is delayed, refused, or rescheduled by the customer, any storage, re-delivery, or return fees charged by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.

To avoid additional carrier fees, please schedule delivery as soon as you receive the notification or authorize a trusted person to receive the shipment on your behalf.

Where are OIXDESIGN pieces made and shipped from?

All OIXDESIGN pieces are designed and developed by our Canadian creative team and crafted by specialized marble workshops around the world.

We source premium Italian Carrara Marble, Italian Classico Travertine, and Spanish Emperador Marble directly from quarries in Italy and Spain, then collaborate with expert stone manufacturers in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and China to handcraft each piece to perfection.

This global collaboration model allows us to maintain world-class craftsmanship, ensure responsible production, and provide efficient worldwide delivery to our customers.

Our international customer support and global logistics coordination teams work across multiple time zones to ensure smooth communication and timely assistance for customers worldwide.

What should I do when my marble furniture arrives?

Please take a moment to inspect the condition and quantity of the shipment before signing.

If you notice any damage or missing items, simply note it on the delivery receipt and inform us within 3 days — we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

If the delivery is signed without any remarks, the carrier will consider the shipment accepted in good condition, and claims cannot be processed afterward.

What happens if I refuse the shipment or cannot receive it on time?

If a shipment is refused or cannot be received during the scheduled window, the carrier may need to return the item to their terminal and assess storage or re-delivery fees.
These fees are charged directly by the carrier, not OIXDESIGN.
We recommend arranging delivery within the free hold period to avoid such costs.

How can I avoid storage or re-delivery fees?

To avoid additional fees, please schedule delivery promptly once the carrier contacts you.

If you are unavailable, you can authorize someone else to sign on your behalf.

If a delivery attempt fails or is refused, any re-delivery and storage fees charged by the carrier will be the recipient’s responsibility.

Do I need to do anything special to receive my shipment?

All deliveries are made to your doorstep or building entrance. Our carriers do not provide in-home placement or white-glove service.

If you require additional assistance with moving the item indoors, you may arrange it directly with the local delivery team at your own cost.

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package on the delivery day.

  • For larger marble furniture, please prepare adequate space and assistance to safely move the piece indoors once it arrives.

  • If you live in an apartment or gated community, please confirm that delivery trucks can access your address.

Our goal is to make receiving your handcrafted piece as easy and transparent as possible.

What happens if I can’t be home to receive my delivery?

If the carrier cannot reach you within their free hold window, OIXDESIGN may authorize a no-signature delivery to prevent disposal or storage fees. In this case, we will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
