Simple setup guidance for our modular natural stone tables — designed to make solid marble and travertine easier to place, assemble, and enjoy at home.
OIXDESIGN stone tables are crafted from solid natural marble, travertine, and other premium stones. Because natural stone is beautiful but heavy, many of our table designs use a modular structure that allows the tabletop, legs, and base to be packed, moved, and assembled more easily.
Most modular OIXDESIGN tables are designed for tool-free setup. Depending on the table type, assembly may involve placing the base, securing the legs, and carefully positioning or rotating the tabletop into place. Always assemble your table on a clean, soft surface and ask for assistance when handling larger or heavier pieces.
Before You Begin
Before assembling your table, choose a clean, level area and place a soft blanket, rug, or protective pad on the floor. Carefully unpack each stone component and check that all parts are present before starting. Natural stone is heavy, so we recommend two people for larger coffee tables, dining tables, and custom pieces.
Avoid dragging stone parts across the floor. Lift each component carefully, keep hands clear of connection points, and make sure each piece is stable before continuing to the next step.
Side Table Assembly
Most OIXDESIGN side tables use a simple modular structure with a tabletop, leg, and base. Place the base on a soft, level surface, screw or secure the leg into the base, then carefully attach the tabletop to the upper connection point. Make sure each part is properly tightened and stable before use.

Coffee Table Assembly
OIXDESIGN coffee tables are designed to make solid stone easier to handle in the home. Depending on the design, the tabletop and legs may be packed separately for safer delivery. Place the tabletop upside down on a soft protective surface, attach each leg securely, then carefully turn the table upright with assistance.

Dining Table Assembly
Selected OIXDESIGN modular dining tables are designed for easier placement and setup at home. Because dining tabletops are larger and heavier, two people are recommended for safer handling.

Cocktail, Bistro & Console Table Setup
Smaller stone tables such as cocktail, bistro, and console tables may have different structures depending on the design. Some are modular, while others may arrive mostly assembled. Always follow the product-specific setup guidance provided with your order. For heavier pieces, use two people and avoid placing weight on the table until it is fully stable.

Some OIXDESIGN table designs may have unique assembly details based on their shape, size, weight, or modular structure. If your order includes a product-specific guide, please follow that guide first. For custom sizes, trade orders, or project shipments, our team can provide additional setup guidance before delivery.
Most modular OIXDESIGN table designs are created for tool-free assembly. Some larger or custom pieces may include product-specific setup guidance.
Many OIXDESIGN modular stone tables are designed to be manageable for one person, especially side tables and selected coffee table or dining table designs. For safer handling, easier alignment, and better protection of stone edges, we still recommend two people for larger tabletops, heavier pieces, or custom orders.
Most modular tables can be set up in minutes once unpacked and placed in a clear assembly area.
A soft rug, blanket, or protective pad is recommended during assembly to protect both the stone and your floor.
Yes. Our modular structure makes many OIXDESIGN stone tables easier to move than traditional one-piece stone furniture. Smaller tables can often be moved by one person, while larger coffee tables, dining tables, or custom pieces are safer to move with two people. Always lift carefully instead of dragging the stone across the floor.
