The Calia Danube Blue Quartzite bathtub pairs a graceful oval soaking form with vivid turquoise-blue, black, and earthy linear mineral movement. Its gently curved exterior, substantial rim, and balanced proportions suit refined residential, spa, hotel, resort, and wellness interiors.
The Calia Danube Blue Quartzite bathtub pairs a graceful oval soaking form with vivid turquoise-blue, black, and earthy linear mineral movement. Natural quartzite varies in tone, veining, mineral lines, texture, and pattern placement. Each finished bathtub is one of a kind; a new order will not be visually identical to the gallery.
The gallery combines Calia studio reference visualizations, a reference dimensions drawing, and clearly labeled OIXDESIGN hand-finishing, quality-control, and final crating/freight-preparation references. Studio imagery communicates the Calia form and Danube Blue Quartzite material direction; generic workshop and logistics images document OIXDESIGN processes and are not presented as photographs of this exact bathtub in production or as a completed installed project. Additional stone selection and shop-drawing support are coordinated during the order process rather than represented by unrelated or low-resolution gallery imagery.
Before fabrication, OIXDESIGN coordinates the selected material, key dimensions, exterior profile, interior basin, finish, drain position, overflow requirement when applicable, and relevant project notes. Available stone photographs can be reviewed before production. Fabrication begins after the required details and shop drawing are approved.
Custom dimensions, material selection, finish, drain coordination, and project-specific detailing can be reviewed subject to material, structural, and fabrication feasibility. Floor-mounted and wall-mounted faucet layouts can be coordinated; faucet hardware, plumbing components, and installation services are not included unless specifically quoted.
Project teams may submit floor plans, plumbing information, required dimensions, finish direction, destination, access conditions, quantity, and target schedule for technical review, shop drawings, project pricing, production planning, export crating, and delivery coordination.
This is an extremely heavy solid-stone product. Before ordering, confirm floor loading, doorway and corridor clearances, stairs or elevator access, lifting and rigging strategy, final placement, waterproofing, and plumbing coordination with qualified professionals. Protective materials and reinforced export crating are used for heavy freight. Standard freight excludes indoor placement, stairs, elevators, crane service, rigging, unpacking, debris removal, and installation unless specifically quoted.
Clean with warm water, a soft cloth or non-scratch sponge, and a pH-neutral stone-safe cleaner suitable for the approved material and finish. Avoid harsh acids, concentrated bleach, abrasive powders, metal scouring pads, and impact from hard objects. Confirm sealing and periodic maintenance recommendations before use.
Production timing begins after required approvals and varies with material availability, customization, and project scope. Because each bathtub is made to order, it is not eligible for return or exchange. Inspect the crate and product promptly at delivery, document any visible transit damage, and notify OIXDESIGN and the carrier according to the delivery instructions.
Each OIXDESIGN quartzite bathtub is carved from one selected solid natural quartzite block. Layered mineral movement, crystalline texture, veining, and dramatic color variation give every finished bathtub its own architectural character.
Because quartzite is a natural material, block pattern and tone vary from piece to piece. Surface finish, care, and any sealing recommendations are confirmed for the selected quartzite and project conditions before fabrication or use.
OIXDESIGN can coordinate quartzite review, custom dimensions, finish, drain position, shop drawings, access constraints, multi-unit requirements, reinforced packing, and delivery documentation.
Structural support, access, lifting, plumbing, and professional installation must be confirmed by the project team before ordering.
