We accept credit and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To process your payment, you'll need to provide your card's name, number, expiration date, and security code.
Please note that OIXDESIGN does not store your credit/debit card information. For queries related to transactions on your card, kindly contact the issuing bank.
Kindly note that if you pay by credit card, your payment could be denied at the checkout by our system to defend against potential credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined.
Payment Denial
If your credit card payment is denied during checkout, this could be a security measure against potential fraud. Here are three solutions:
1. Try paying via PayPal if you have an account.
2. If you don't have a PayPal account, select 'PayPal' at checkout and click the 'Complete Order' button. You'll be redirected to a page where you'll have the option to pay via PayPal or with a Credit/Debit card. For the latter option, you don't need to register for a PayPal account.

Payment Processing Errors
If you believe a payment has been processed in error, please contact our Customer Service team by email within 14 days of the transaction at support@oixdesign.com. Upon receiving your email, we will conduct an investigation into the disputed transaction. You will be notified of the outcome, and any applicable refunds or adjustments will be made in accordance with our Refund Policy, which also provides general information on cancellations and refunds.
