OIXDESIGN offers secure payment options for natural stone furniture, bathroom products, home décor, and custom stone projects. Payments placed through our online checkout are processed by Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. OIXDESIGN does not directly receive or store your complete card number.

Unless a written quotation or invoice states otherwise, standard online retail orders require full payment at checkout. An order is not confirmed until the payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.
For made-to-order pieces, custom stone furniture, bathroom products, and approved interior design, architectural, hospitality, or other trade projects, our standard project payment schedule is:
Because custom and made-to-order work is prepared specifically for the buyer, the deposit may become non-refundable once stone sourcing, design work, shop drawings, cutting, or fabrication has begun. The terms shown on the applicable quotation, invoice, or written project agreement take priority when they differ from this general policy.
Shop Pay Installments may appear for eligible customers and qualifying orders. Eligibility, available payment plans, approval, limits, disclosures, and repayment terms are determined by the installment provider and are not guaranteed by OIXDESIGN. Customers should review the terms presented during checkout before completing the order.
The checkout, quotation, or invoice will identify the applicable currency and the charges included in the order. Product pages or project quotations may include specific shipping, crating, customs-clearance, duty, or import-related terms. Any services or charges not expressly included—such as indoor placement, installation, rigging, crane service, special access, storage, or remote-area delivery—may require a separate quotation.
For fraud prevention and buyer protection, Shopify, the card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider may request additional verification, delay authorization, or decline a transaction. Please confirm that the billing name, billing address, postal code, security code, and contact information match the records held by your payment provider.
When a payment is declined, please contact the card issuer or payment provider, try another available payment method, or email us for assistance. OIXDESIGN cannot override a provider's approval decision.
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, email support@oixdesign.com promptly with the order number and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible and may require additional processing time by the payment provider.
Refund, return, exchange, and cancellation eligibility is governed by the applicable product terms, written quotation or project agreement, and our current Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may have different terms from standard in-stock products.
