Perlato marble varies naturally in grey tone and veining. Confirm the selected finish and appropriate sealing and maintenance for the supplied surface.

This stone is sensitive to acids. Avoid acidic cleaners and use a pH-neutral cleaner suitable for its finish. Use only a sealing treatment approved for the selected stone and surface.

Clean with a soft cloth and a mild pH-neutral cleaner suitable for the confirmed stone and finish. Rinse away residue and dry gently. Confirm appropriate sealing and maintenance before applying any treatment.

• Wipe spills and soap residue promptly; rinse and dry gently with a soft cloth.

For the U.S. reference configuration, preparation is estimated at 10–20 business days (Monday–Friday). Standard transport is estimated at 20–45 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch. Delivery availability, rates and destination restrictions depend on the U.S. delivery address.

Preparation and transport are separate stages; the delivery estimate includes both. Shipping method, customs clearance, carrier schedules, crate size and delivery appointments can affect arrival.

Inspect the packaging and item quantity before signing. Note visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact support@oixdesign.com within 3 days with your order number and evidence.

Made-to-order stone sinks and bath pieces are non-returnable under the current Return & Refund Policy. Before production or shipment, cancellation terms depend on elapsed time; review the full policy before purchase.

Availability and any special arrangements for remote, island or restricted-access destinations are confirmed for the order. International arrangements follow the actual destination service; United States estimates do not apply worldwide.
