A qualified project team must confirm floor loading, plumbing rough-in, waterproofing, access, lifting, final placement, and professional installation. Faucet hardware, drain fittings, rigging, crane service, and installation are not included unless specifically stated in the written quotation.
The bathtub is prepared for heavy-freight transport with protective materials and a reinforced export crate. Doorways, corridors, stairs, elevators, loading areas, receiving equipment, and final placement must be planned in advance. Standard freight does not include indoor placement, unpacking, stairs, crane service, rigging, or installation unless specifically quoted.
Clean with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral marble-safe cleaner. Avoid acidic bathroom cleaners, vinegar, lemon, harsh descalers, abrasive powders, and metal scouring pads. Rinse strongly pigmented residue promptly. A compatible sealer and maintenance plan should be confirmed for the selected block, finish, water chemistry, and installation environment.
