Production, Packaging, and U.S. Delivery
Fabrication is typically estimated at 3–5 weeks after the stone selection, project details, and shop drawing are approved. Large/heavy natural-stone orders generally require approximately 20–45 business days, or about 1–2 months, for ocean freight and final delivery after preparation. Timing can vary by destination, customs clearance, port conditions, and local carrier scheduling.
The listed price is intended as an all-in delivered price for standard door-to-door freight to an accessible mainland U.S. address. It includes protective wrapping, reinforced wooden crating, customs clearance, standard import duties, and standard import-related delivery charges. Under normal shipping and import conditions, no additional standard customs duties, tariffs, or brokerage charges should be expected at delivery.
Standard delivery does not include indoor placement, stairs, elevator carry, rigging, crane service, special lifting equipment, unpacking, debris removal, or installation. Additional charges may apply for remote or limited-access locations, storage, redelivery, address changes after shipment, or buyer-requested special handling.
Installation Requirements
A solid natural stone bathtub is extremely heavy. A qualified contractor must review the approved shop drawing and confirm structural floor support, plumbing compatibility, drain access, doorway and route clearance, unloading requirements, lifting equipment, and installation procedures before delivery.
