Virelle is a monolithic rectangular freestanding soaking bathtub carved and hollowed from one selected solid block of natural Azura Blue Quartzite. The BT-043A form pairs a straight-sided architectural exterior with a rounded-rectangle bathing well and a broad continuous rim.
The disciplined rectangular exterior gives Virelle a strong architectural presence while rounded interior corners soften the bathing well. Azura Blue Quartzite brings layered pale blue, white, gray, and naturally varying mineral banding. Every selected block differs in tone, vein direction, pattern density, and inclusions.
The current gallery combines four styled lifestyle visualizations, four exact-source Virelle BT-043A Azura Blue Quartzite product/reference views, one verified warm-yellow Dimension Slide, and OIXDESIGN Craftsmanship / Production, Order-to-Delivery, and Secure Crating & Delivery reference slides. The four lifestyle images are styled visualizations rather than completed-project photography. The four exact-source product/reference views are provided to communicate the true BT-043A form and the Azura Blue Quartzite material direction. The Dimension Slide is provided as a verified reference for project coordination. OIXDESIGN quartzite bathtub fabrication follows a solid quartzite block workflow that includes hollowing and carving, shaping, hand finishing and polishing, followed by quality control. The final three system slides are representative OIXDESIGN craftsmanship, process, logistics, and packing capability references and are not presented as a continuous documentary record of this exact Virelle bathtub being fabricated, inspected, packed, or transported.
Available stone photographs can be reviewed before fabrication. The approved project shop drawing confirms exterior and interior dimensions, rim profile, drain position, overflow configuration where applicable, plumbing interface, finish, tolerances, and approved custom details. The reference drawing shows the drain offset toward one end; final fitting details require project confirmation.
Custom dimensions, basin proportions, finish, and drain coordination may be reviewed for technical feasibility. Because a solid quartzite bathtub is extremely heavy, qualified project professionals should confirm floor loading, waterproofing, plumbing rough-in, service access, unloading equipment, lifting path, and final placement before fabrication.
The finished bathtub is prepared for heavy-freight transport using protective materials and a reinforced export crate. Standard freight excludes stairs, crane service, rigging, indoor placement, final positioning, plumbing, and installation unless specifically quoted.
Clean with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge and a pH-neutral stone-safe cleaner. Avoid harsh acids, abrasive powders, aggressive descalers, and scratching pads. Final sealing and maintenance recommendations should be confirmed for the selected block, finish, water chemistry, and installation environment.
OIXDESIGN supports residential and contract projects with stone review, custom sizing, finish coordination, shop drawings, quantity planning, production scheduling, reinforced export packing, and destination-logistics coordination.
Reference dimensions are for preliminary coordination. Final fabrication is based on the approved project shop drawing.
