The Selene is a made-to-order freestanding soaking bathtub carved and hollowed from one solid block of Natural Blue-Gray Granite. Its sculptural oval opening and asymmetrical raised-end silhouette create an architectural focal point while the dark polished inner basin emphasizes the stone’s quiet blue-gray movement. Reference overall dimensions are 1702 × 800 mm (67 × 31 1/2 in), with an approximate variable height of 560–699 mm (22–27 1/2 in). Selene is designed for luxury residences, interior designers, architects, boutique hotels, resorts, and wellness projects.
Selene’s long, low body rises at one end in a restrained crescent-like gesture. The opening, rim thickness, base, inner basin, and drain relationship are coordinated as one sculptural form. The shape is intentionally asymmetrical and should not be substituted with a generic oval tub during specification.
Blue-Gray Granite is a dense natural granite with layered blue, gray, charcoal, and mineral-toned movement. Every stone block varies in tone, pattern, mineral concentration, and visual direction. Product photography represents the design and material family; an individual made-to-order bathtub will not have identical markings.
Available stone photographs can be reviewed before production. The approved shop drawing confirms the final overall size, interior profile, rim, base, drain position, and project-specific coordination. Reference dimensions must not replace the approved drawing for plumbing, structure, access, or installation planning.
Capacity, weight, drain diameter, interior depth, clearance, and filled operating weight are confirmed from project documentation and must not be estimated from the reference drawing.
Custom dimensions, stone selection, finish, and drain coordination may be reviewed for technical feasibility. Because the bathtub is carved from natural stone, changes can affect structure, weight, access, production method, and cost.
Final drain placement is approved through the shop drawing. The project team is responsible for confirming floor loading, filled operating weight, plumbing rough-in, waterproofing, access, lifting, and professional installation. Faucet, drain fitting, crane, rigging, and installation are not assumed to be included unless listed in the written quotation.
The bathtub is prepared for heavy-freight transport with protective materials and a reinforced export crate. Destination access, stairs, elevators, doorways, receiving equipment, indoor placement, unpacking, crane service, rigging, and installation must be planned in advance. Freight and import-duty treatment is governed by the written quotation for the specific destination.
Clean with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral stone-safe cleaner. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive powders, and abrasive pads. Rinse residues promptly and follow the stone-care guidance approved for the selected block, finish, water conditions, and installation environment.
OIXDESIGN supports residential and contract projects with stone review, finish coordination, shop-drawing submittals, quantity planning, production scheduling, crating, and destination logistics. Send floor plans, access information, plumbing requirements, project location, quantity, and target installation date with the inquiry.
Styled bathroom images are design visualizations. Workshop photographs show the actual BT-088A form and Natural Blue-Gray Granite material reference.
Each OIXDESIGN granite bathtub is carved from one solid natural granite block. Dense stone construction and hand-finished surfaces create a permanent focal point for residences, spas, villas, resorts, and selected outdoor projects.
Granite does not require a resin coating, topical waterproof membrane, surface film, or routine sealer to function as a bathtub. Normal stone-safe cleaning is sufficient.
OIXDESIGN can coordinate stone review, custom dimensions, finish, drain position, shop drawings, access constraints, multi-unit requirements, reinforced packing, and delivery documentation.
Structural support, access, lifting, plumbing, and professional installation must be confirmed by the project team before ordering.
